Equine Training Activities – Waiver and Release of Liability.

I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in equestrian training activities including but not limited to dressage training, groundwork, horse handling, and related activities provided by Bea Burnham Dressage and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that equine activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to injury or death to myself or my horse. I voluntarily choose to participate in equine training activities with full knowledge of these risks.

2. Facility Suitability: I confirm that I have inspected and/or considered the facilities and premises, and I deem them suitable, safe, and appropriate for myself and my horse. I accept full responsibility for the decision to use these facilities.

3. Health and Control: I certify that both I and my horse are fit, healthy, and capable of participating in equine training activities. My horse is under my control at all times unless otherwise agreed with the coach.

4. Release of Liability: I release and hold harmless Bea Burnham Dressage, from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising from participation in equine training activities, except in cases of proven gross negligence.

5. Insurance and Responsibility: I understand that it is my responsibility to have appropriate insurance coverage for myself and my horse. I remain responsible for any damage caused by myself or my horse during the activity.
